I founded Koppa to build next-generation fantasy sports applications β and I wrote the code. Fantasy Football and Fantasy Cycling have attracted over 150,000 registered users across more than 15 countries, and I still design, build and operate the platform today.
What it’s made of: a Laravel API holding the domain (scoring, teams, predictions, payments), a Flutter app for iOS and Android, a CakePHP web application, and a static marketing site β all deployed to Kubernetes on Google Cloud through GitLab CI/CD, with Redis-backed queues doing the heavy scoring work and Sentry and Grafana watching it.
We also ship white-label versions to clients under their own brand and domain, from a single codebase β no forks, everything driven by per-tenant configuration and feature flags.
