ID&T / Superstruct Entertainment
At ID&T, now part of Superstruct Entertainment, I work as Product Owner of the Travel & Stay proposition, rebuilding the platform from a technical and product perspective.
A central part of the engagement is running the RFI and RFP process for the new platform: translating the business proposition into concrete functional and technical requirements, drafting the Request for Information to survey the market, and taking the shortlist through a structured Request for Proposal — comparing vendors on architecture, integration capability, scalability, commercial terms and long-term fit.
In close collaboration with the Digital Services team, the focus is on creating a scalable, trustworthy, and end-to-end experience for festival-goers — covering everything from booking and accommodation to seamless integration with live events.
This project combines product management, vendor and platform selection, travel tech and live entertainment, with a strong emphasis on reliability, user experience and future-proof platform architecture.
